• “Teach students, not material”- Not reading material to students, but explaining to them.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate and present the course via power point slide presentations, use any other equipment as required, including Zoom platform.
• Exhibit ethical behavior in the classroom at all times
• Adhere to all dress codes and be neatly groomed
• Start and end class at the prescribed times
• Cooperate with all staff requests concerning classroom documentation
• Conduct the classroom in compliance with State of Florida guidelines

• Possess and maintain a Florida Real Estate Instructors permit up to date.
• Possess extensive knowledge of the course material
• Possess significant knowledge and understanding of Florida real estate laws and industry practices
• Ability to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom
• Effective public speaking and communication to adults of all ages
• Ability to understand and teach real estate math concepts
• Be willing to teach evening, weekends, and weekdays
