For more than five years, Ross Real Estate Academy has proudly provided Florida state-approved real estate education to students throughout Tampa Bay and across Florida. We specialize in bilingual real estate education, offering Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, Broker, and Continuing Education courses in both English and Spanish.

Our instructors teach using the industry's most respected educational materials from Dearborn Real Estate Education, the nation's leading provider of real estate training and licensing content. Our curriculum includes the latest editions of Florida Principles and Practice of Real Estate and other Florida-approved instructional materials.

As a Real Estate Instructor, you will:

• Deliver engaging and interactive Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, Broker, and Continuing Education courses.
• Teach concepts by explaining real-world applications rather than simply reading course materials.
• Present lessons using PowerPoint, Zoom, and other instructional technologies.
• Create a positive, professional, and interactive learning environment.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in the classroom.
• Begin and end classes on schedule.
• Complete all required classroom documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) educational requirements.
• Work collaboratively with academy staff to ensure an exceptional student experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current Florida Real Estate Instructor Permit in good standing.
• Extensive knowledge of Florida real estate laws, contracts, and industry practices.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• The ability to simplify complex real estate concepts for students of all experience levels.
• Experience teaching in both classroom and live virtual environments using Zoom or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to teach real estate mathematics clearly and confidently.
• Flexibility to teach weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
